Data Protection, Backup, and Security

IT-Central.NET implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including secure authentication and encrypted connections. However, no system is completely secure.

Users acknowledge that:

• Data loss may occur due to system failure, cyberattacks, user error, or unforeseen events
• IT-Central.NET does not guarantee 100% data preservation or recovery
• Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups when necessary

IT-Central.NET shall not be liable for:

• Data loss, corruption, or unavailability
• Unauthorized access due to compromised user credentials
• Malware, ransomware, or other cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control

Data Breach Response

In the event of a data breach, IT-Central.NET will take reasonable steps to contain and mitigate the incident and notify affected users within a reasonable timeframe.

Data Ownership, Access, and Portability

All data entered into the system remains the property of the user.

Users have the right to:

• Download their data in available formats (e.g., CSV or Excel)
• Request deletion of their data
• Access and review their stored information

Account Termination and Data Deletion

Users may request account termination at any time.

Upon termination:

• Data may be permanently deleted after a grace period (e.g., 30–90 days)
• Users are responsible for exporting their data before deletion
